Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or using this website. By purchasing a ticket, submitting a form, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Tickets & Pricing

  • Presale tickets are $18 per person, per time slot, available online through October 25.

  • After October 25, tickets are $20 per person, per time slot, both online and at the door.

  • Each event day has two separate time slots, and each time slot must be purchased individually:

    • Sunday, November 1: 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM, or 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM

    • Monday, November 2: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, or 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected at purchase. It is the purchaser's responsibility to select the correct day and time.

  • Children 12 and under are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult. A free ticket must still be reserved for each child at checkout, for the correct time slot.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until purchased.

  • Tickets are sold only through www.diademuertoshsv.com.. Día de los Muertos Huntsville is not responsible for tickets purchased through any other source, including resale platforms, and cannot guarantee their validity.

2. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or date/time changes after purchase, including for tickets purchased for the wrong day, wrong time slot, or in the event the purchaser is unable to attend.

  • In the event the event is cancelled in its entirety by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified and offered a credit or refund.
     

3. Entry & Conduct

  • Entry requires a valid ticket for the correct date and time slot, shown digitally or printed, and may require photo ID at the organizer's discretion.

  • Guests arriving outside their purchased time slot may be denied entry or asked to wait, at the organizer's discretion.

  • Día de los Muertos Huntsville reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to the cultural nature of the event, without refund.

  • Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 or older and present valid ID.

  • Outside food, drink, [weapons, pets, etc.] are not permitted.
     

4. Photography, Video & Publicity
By attending this event, you acknowledge that photography and video will be taken throughout the venue for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, press materials, and future advertising. By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of your likeness in such materials without compensation. If you do not wish to appear in event media, please notify event staff on-site.

5. Community Ofrenda Submissions
When you purchase a ticket, you may choose to participate in our community ofrenda. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions to upload a photo and the name of your loved one. By submitting a photo and name, you represent that:

  • You have the right to share the submitted photo and information.

  • You give Día de los Muertos Huntsville permission to display the photo and name on our physical community ofrenda at the event, and, at our discretion, on our website and social media in connection with the event.

  • Submissions may be edited for display purposes (such as cropping) but will not be altered in content or meaning.

  • Submissions are free and close October 20. You may request removal of a submission at any time before that date by contacting us at diademuertoshsv@gmail.com
     

6. Vendors & Sponsors

  • Vendor and sponsor participation is governed by separate agreements provided upon confirmation. These Terms apply to all vendors, sponsors, and their representatives while on-site in addition to any separate agreement signed.
     

7. Limitation of Liability
Día de los Muertos Huntsville, its organizers, volunteers, and the venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from attendance at this event, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Attendees participate at their own risk. 
 

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and video — is the property of Día de los Muertos Huntsville or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
 

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
